Effective December 7, 2015, The price to file Nassau County UCC's has increased to $400.00 per UCC. Nassau county has raised it's per block fee from $150 to $300.00. Please be aware that in cases of rejections, Nassau County keeps the fees and new fees are needed for subsequent filings.

12/1/10: The fee to record UCC’s in Nassau County has been changed from $85.00 to $160.00 minimum. The county fee is $40.00 plus $75.00 per block, additional blocks are $75.00 each.
