A certified copy of the Articles of Organization is retrieved from the New York Secretary of State.

Bankruptcy Search:
|
Search against an individual or business name in the district of your choice.

Business Certificate:
|
A copy of the original business certificate is retrieved from the Office of the County Clerk.

Business Search:
|
This is a full judgment lien search of the business name. Includes state and county UCC search, federal tax liens, judgments and liens (county offices), bankruptcy search in appropriate district. In New York, Bronx, Kings and Queens counties, parking violations, environmental control board, and transit adjudications are also searched at no additional charge.

A certified copy of the Certificate of Incorporation is retrieved form the New York Secretary of State.

Cooperative Lien Search:
|
Provides all pertinent information against the cooperative such as last deed, open mortgages, assignments of leases and rents, etc. This search also includes a full judgment lien search against all parties (cooperative, owners, and purchasers).

Franchise Tax Search:
|
An order is placed with the state for a Franchise Tax Status Report.

Full Judgment Lien:
|
UCC and Federal Tax Lien in both state and county. Judgments on file with the county clerks office, and bankruptcies. In New York, Bronx, Kings, and Queens counties parking, transit and ECB violations are also included.

An order is placed with the state for a Certificate Under Seal
